I waited over an hour and a half for a burger and fries that cost nearly $25. After waiting that long, I asked if I could cancel my order because I couldn’t continue waiting. I was told that was up to me. When I checked DoorDash, I found that I couldn’t cancel and receive a refund, so I decided to wait it out.
When I returned to pick up my order, the female cook—who I believe may have been the manager—began yelling at me that my order had been canceled. I showed her my active DoorDash order, but she continued to argue and raise her voice in front of the entire restaurant, insisting that I had canceled it.
It was one of the most bizarre customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The excessive wait time was frustrating enough, but being publicly yelled at after trying to resolve the situation was completely unacceptable. If this person was indeed a manager, it was a remarkable example of how not to treat customers.

Was driving through town and thought I’d try it. Very similar to five guys, I had a double cheeseburger with a bunch of toppings. Burger was very well cooked, and tastes delicious! A+ for food and will definitely be back and tell my friends. Give it a try it won’t disappoint.

The fries, burger, icecream sizes are perfect, you get 1 scoop and ite actually enough. You get a small fry and it's perfectly sized, the burgers are funky customisable so you'll get what you ask for, great staff and online ordering is easy, love this place ❤️ great hidden gem
