One star because they used to have good rock bands. Now there is NO rock music. It was getting to be a place to go but not anymore. The food and our waitress were awesome, but unfortunately will not be back due to the music selection.

Let's start by talking about the call center personnel. w when I called for a room, I get a young lady on the phone Literally mumbling the whole way through the introduction of the Grand Casino, it was like she was talking through a wet bag of concrete wow. I said I cannot hear you, so she comes back, with a background noise as if , it were a party going on, people laughing carrying on, I could actually hear a woman say, " You need to get down" I didn't know what to think, but the person, checking me in was still mumbling like she was bored out of her mind, it was like I was bothering her to talk, I kept telling her that she needed to slow down that I could not understand what she was saying, I wondered if she was English or not, because she had mumbled so bad, I thought I was done, then she asked for a cred car, I said what, she says credi car, hmm, I said, do you mean a Bank Card, or Credit Card, I said please speak more clearly so that I can understand you, and Still the back ground noise was even loader that before, wow, I am not exactly sure who I was talking to, but she needs a practice in phone etiquette bad>>>>>

Price is decent for a room and the room is average. We were pleased with the cleanliness. Beds were ok if you like soft mattresses. Pool was too crowded and it was a bit noisy at night with kids running down the hallways at midnight. Good place to stay if you love casinos.

This was a great location for a conference, the food was great
We've stayed in the chalets and casino for decades, they've been going downhill for awhile now, but this time was really the worst. The chalet was 319, it was dirty, honestly close to filthy, I had to clean just to stay. We spilled water on kitchen floor and cleaned it up with a washcloth, it turned black, yes, black from that one spot. There was food in the sink drain, food on stove. Bedding was smooth but stunk. The deck has a hole in it where it's rotted, there is dog feces stuck to the deck. This is just a few of my issues. I have to say, I don't shate bad ratings for kicks folks, this is so heartbreaking, because the chalets have been a fave for us for years. Ok then my husband had a room at casino, room 512, the carpets and chairs are nasty, and I mean very nasty. No way I sat without a towel and bare feet were not even an option. I'm super saddened at the state of this place.
