Poor service, used to come here often but the service has definitely gone down hill. Either train your servers or hire experienced staff.
The Blue Heron used to be great. We went to the blue heron tonight were seated promptly, and never spoke to a server. one passed by a half dozen times and didn't bother to acknowledge us. I flagged down someone delivering food and asked if we could order drinks, he was flustered and tried to flag down the server who just blew by is for the seventh time. this was after being seated for over fifteen minutes. I rarely go out to eat because usually the food is overpriced and disappointing. It’s been so long since I enjoyed a perfect burger I forgot how good they can be. I am not kidding, the dream burger is some kind of special.
