Cheap prices for the higher end pizzas, they have a great rewards system and if you go and pick up your pizza in store I've never waited more then 5-10 min. To have them finish order, pay for it and be on my way home. We have yet to have a bad or anything even close to thatv that from the Hutchinson MN Domino's pizza. Highly recommend for cheap,high quality pies. We do love pizza , but I could eat Domino's pizza everyday.

Ordered a pan pizza on 12/28 at 10pm to take to work for my meals on night shift I ordered it well done since the pan pizza is a little thicker crust...the dough was still raw and i threw it away...it was a long night at work without eating all night...absolutely disgusting...and when I picked it up I couldn't even greeted with a hello...won't return.

Ordered a pizza and garlic bites. When got home the garlic bites were way over cook just horrible. Pizza was poor and very little topping on the pizza

August 22, 2024 at 9:17pm I went to the store to pick up my pizza I ordered and the service there sucked. Two employees (a male and heavy set female, both young) went out to a truck parked outside that belonged to one of the employees and were talking and digging around in the truck totally ignoring that I went inside the store. No one was at the cash register because the employee who was supposed to be at the cash register was outside talking. It seemed as though maybe they were up to no good because I overhead the male sale "that's why you are in a good mood today" as they were looking at something in the truck. One employee (female with dark hair) was inside making a pizza that was on the prep stage on the pizza tracker on the monitor. The employees who were outside came inside after I had been standing inside for at least 5 minutes acting like I was an inconvenience because I interrupted their goof off session and they actually had to do their job. While the heavy set female rung me up at the cash register the male proceeded to freak out and yell at the employee that was making the pizza saying she was "still working on that" and then kept yelling at her and tossed the pizza she was working on. Personally, I didn't see anything wrong with what the employee making the pizza was doing. She was actually working and the pizza was on the prep stage on pizza tracker. The male employee and heavy set female employees were very unprofessional and rude. It makes a business look terrible to be yelling at an employee who is clearly doing her job in front of customers and to be goofing off in an employee's vehicle right outside the business ignoring customers while on the clock. Made me very uncomfortable and I felt bad for the dark haired girl who was working and doing her job.
Every time I get a delivery it's awesome, the workers there are great and timely. Whenever I get carryout, the site gives me an error. For example, I was trying to order for 20 minutes until it hit midnight and rejected my order. Don't know why such a big companies website would be so broken.

I had order traditional Buffalo wings. They sent me soggy chicken nuggets with cheese on them no sauce.(Disgusting by the way)I called in and they told me that's what I ordered.i called in my order by the way. So employee error that I'm forced to pay for. What a joke!

This may have been the nastiest pizza I have ever received. The pizza wasn’t even fully cooked, there was so much sauce it was a soup on one end of the box when we got it. Completely inedible it was basically a pasta on cardboard.

The driver was impatient. I was walking to an entrance that I specifically told him to wait to deliver my food, not even 30 seconds and the delivery driver is gone. Didn't get my food and was very rude on the phone when I asked him about it.
