“Wings were crispy and juicy, one of my pet peeves is when a wing isnt fully coated or sauced and these wings were perfectly seasoned and coated. The loaded waffle fries were equally tasty. The employee who helped me was wonderful, thank you sir!“

“I ordered and came about 30 mins late. They stores the food in the self pickup service oven to keep it warm. At the time I came, I didn’t know how to use the machine. They staff was quickly asked for my name and wrapped the food and handed to me with care. The store was clean and the environment so welcoming! I would come back to this store.“

“I don’t know if it’s just because it’s Tuesday or everyone order large amount for their families but my order was perfect fine , I got everything I ordered in a good timely matter didn’t wait “no hour or two” the pizzas were cooked fresh not chewy or whatever I haven’t ordered them in couple years I’ll order from them again :)“

“Wings are very good. Onion Rings to go are terrible. Greasy and cold. (It almost seemed like they gently warmed up yesterday's leftover onion rings). I have ordered onion rings in the restaurant before and they were hot and crisp.“

“The food was amazing! It was our first time and we loved it. The service needs a lot of work. There was a line but it moved fast and we were quick to place our order. It took 40 minutes to receive the food after ordering. Everyone else was receiving their food after a reasonable wait time except me and the couple that ordered right after us. I had to ask at the 30 min mark and then finally received it at 40 min. We ordered to eat in but received it all in a take out bag. We ordered a #1 (received a #1 but charged a #2 on the receipt) a #3 ( but only received 1 slider, tender was missing) and a #4 (but received and extra slider). We made it work since we got the total # of chickens that we asked for and could not wait any longer for them to correct it. The dining room is a mess! We were there for well over an hour and not once did anyone come out to wipe down tables as diners were leaving. Everyone that came in had to sit at a dirty table if they wanted to dine in. An employee, in uniform, was eating at the far back right corner table during dinner rush ( Friday night 5:30). When the employee finished they also did not wipe down the table and left it dirty for the next diner. The overall service is unimpressive for a location that just recently opened (Cicero, NY). We will go back because the food was fabulous but we will not be dining in and will definitely check our order before leaving.“

“Chicken is delicious. I come here pretty often, so I know what to expect. The rice and egg rolls are pretty bland. I just add a packet of soy sauce to the rice and dip the egg rolls in the sauce it comes with. It's a take out only establishment.“
