Overboard Bar & Grill is a cozy and cute spot with a great view of the river. It's a smaller, non-stuffy place where you can enjoy good food like burgers, chicken sandwiches, onion rings, and homemade egg rolls. The bar offers a good selection of whiskeys and even carries Heggie's Pizza. The owner, Todd, is a really nice guy, making the atmosphere friendly and welcoming.
