“Everything here was great except for the service. Cashier was NOT friendly at all & acted like it was a bother to be there. Maybe she was having a bad day. I understand that as we all do but check that at the door & show a little professionalism at your job. Kinda brings people down when they have a bad attitude. Nobody wants that. Otherwise store was clean & ice cream great as always 😋“

“I had the absolute BEST service at this DQ in Saint Francis! I called two DQs to see if there was any way I could get two cakes - one that looked like a spongebob theme (I would add my own spongebob decor) and something that looked dinosaur themed. Well, the first DQ told me I could come the day of and look in their front display case and hope for good things. But this DQ in Saint Francis went above and beyond! The worker went through and found two cakes that would work, and she said that she could add a dinosaur to one and possibly the writing if it fit as well. To my utter delight and surprise, these were the cakes that I picked up!! She did an amazing job and even made the second cake Spongebob themed! I wish I had remembered her name because she deserves the biggest shout-out. Thank you so much for helping to make two kids' birthday wishes come true. They LOVED the cakes!“
