Very good wraps. Cozy atmosphere. Friendly service.
I wish I could recommend them, but the service is PAINFULLY SLOW, and we had to ask for our simple drinks when no one brought them to our table or called us up to get them (I ordered a fountain soda) and they brought us the wrong drinks.
I get a half-hour lunch for work and this place is too slow for me to order from.
The food was good, but waiting almost 40 minutes for a simple sandwich is unacceptable.

Bob & Ellen's in Jackson, MN is absolutely THRIVING under the new management. The place is very clean with a great atmosphere, and the energy is very positive. Servers are friendly and courteous, offering the very best customer service and are so genuinely friendly. The staff delivers too, and they are so good to customers. One order for a birthday treat was delivered with a little extra treat and a balloon, and they even sang happy birthday. That was first class service. A buffalo chicken wrap was absolutely the best wrap in years, with fresh chicken, fresh tomatoes, and perfectly seasoned chips. The coffee was PERFECT, and the berry bliss Acai bowl was delicious. The woman running the drive thru window was enthusiastic, welcoming, knowledgeable, and SUPER KIND. This awesome place has great food and great staff, and anyone driven away by the old management should go back and give a second chance.
