“Hidden Pines is absolutely amazing. I have never had a less than great experience. Today I celebrated my Birthday in the igloo. Waitress was amazing, food was outstanding, and igloo was a fun experience!”

The bacon cheeseburger wrap was delightful, the rodeo burger was fantastic, and we all tried a different type of potato (French fry, tater tot, hashbrowns, and country American potatoes- and they were all delicious! Im not a ranch fan but my table mates assured me the house made ranch was out of this world. The ladies who own it and served us were delightful. Definitely a must - and they have a great breakfast menu I'm going to have to go back and try!”

“I am a little mad at Bear Paw! I had a Strawberry Banana smoothie and it was so good, that it ruined all other smoothies for me. Nothing even comes close to how good Bear Paw Smoothies are!!!! I usually pick up 2-5 drinks once a week and there was some confusion one of the times, but she was new I believe and hey mistakes happen ♥️ Now I really want to drive 2 hours for a smoothie”

And, that’s amazing, as I am gluten intolerant now, and cannot have the treats of my past! This bread was the best texture and flavor, just perfect!! AND, that’s after arriving in Texas! The owners are so friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate special requests: they make a special (delicious!) white garlic sauce for my husband who has a soy allergy and remember us every time. We like the triple delight, the hot and sour soup, and the egg rolls the best!”

“Healthy Start has a large variety of shakes and I enjoy adding the lava to the shakes for added flavor:) I have been enjoying the shakes even when I don’t feel good and nauseated, they have helped keep me going. The teas are great as well for some added energy.”

The food is faster than McDonald’s and less expensive for a MUCH better meal of better portions. And whether you’re staying to eat or just grabbing one cocktail and splitting, you still get treated like they’re happy you’re there.”

“What a treat! In a picturesque stone building immediately across the street from the famous Hubbell House, the Mantorville Saloon is a relaxed, laid—back bar with typical bar food to order. The walls are covered with pictures of local events and history, including a picture of an elegant stone building that used to be about a block away, which had most recently been a plumbing store. There is a very nice tent in the back for people who prefer to eat in the open air. Indoors is very nice, with ample room for social distancing. Ambiance might be typical of a century’s old bar, now with colored lights and televisions for those who want to follow the sports. For Viking’s games, there is a large roll-down screen to give everyone an excellent view.”

“Happy China, indeed! These folks are a main-stay for Byron. Whether it is the Orange Chicken, the Dragon & Phoenix special, or fried dumplings, their food is great for a hungry family! It's definitely a "to go" shop, as the seating is really limited, but we love to order ahead and bring it home. They work hard, and the orders come up in a timely manner.”
