Fantastic food and service! Richard was an amazing server. We ordered the ceviche, scallops, achiote chicken, and tres leches, which were all delicious. We definitely recommend the Cahill Bistro and Bar!

Excellent food plated beautifully . Fast, friendly service. Vegetarian options and kids menu. Easy on street parking and no-steps entry. All around great place to eat

Cahill Bistro & Bar offers fantastic food and service. The ceviche, scallops, achiote chicken, and tres leches are all delicious. The empanadas, tostones, fried yuca, and shrimp tacos are amazing, with fresh ingredients and right portions. The food is excellently plated, with deliciously seasoned meat and shrimp. There are vegetarian options and a kids menu. The breakfast omelette with a potato pancake side and toast is delicious. The service is fast, friendly, and accommodating, even bringing a to go cup as a water bowl for a dog. The place is clean, with easy on street parking, no-steps entry, and a fully covered outdoor area. It is a nice quiet spot for lunch, well priced, and great for families. Cahill Bistro & Bar is definitely a place to visit again and again.
