Really tasty birria tacos. Portions for some of the food is a little small for the price, but makes up for in flavor.
This place is awesome! The food is amazing and the portions are insane! Get the tinga torta to get your La Maria Taqueria journey started, or the burrito, or the birria, or the sopas, or the quesadilla... you can see where I'm going with this. It's a total surprise in such a small area to have such affordable, delicious, wonderfully crafted Mexican food. The staff is friendly and hard working, and the horchata is real and sooo good! Best work lunch spot!
I ordered for delivery... I am from Southern California & Arizona so I take my mexican food very seriously. The pickled cabbage, the salsa verde, the carnitas was all incredible. I have not had much luck finding real Mexican food since moving here...and am so excited I found this place. This is everything Ive been craving & more. Im in total food coma & dont feel guilty at all. Thank you for giving me a taste of home. I cant wait to try the pozole.
