I stopped at the Lindstrom Bakery last week to buy some cinnamon rusks and Swedish limpa bread. It had been awhile since I was there. I grew up a block away and spent slot of time there. The moment I walked in, I was shocked to see what has happened to it. It is no longer the cozy little Swedish bakery! It feels so cold and sterile! It made me very sad! We stopped in while on a trip. The man behind the case was as sweet as the sugar glazed donuts! The lingon berry donuts and cinnamon rolls? wow! great!
