Mom aunt and i came upon this amazing place on accident. After reading these comments i am assuming that the great woman we met this morning (12/15/25) was thee donna. She was absolutely amazing. I personally thought she was great. I wish i lived closer, i would go in more often.

Donna's Big John's Diner is a little mom and pop diner found along Highway 10 past St Cloud. The owner, Donna, runs the place alone and is an absolute hoot. She is a real character who provides wonderful conversations and laughs. The food is great and amazing, with gigantic serving sizes. Specific meals like the omelet, patty melt, and burger are a 10/10. Prices are affordable, and the quality of food is worth any wait, as only one person runs the entire place. Locals hang out and feel at home. Donna fed customers even past hours with great hospitality. Her customers love her, and this spot easily becomes a favorite place to eat.
