The very best thing about the Firehouse Grille is Amanda the bartender. She's the reason we go back so often, friendly excellent service.

Good variety of beer. Lots of TVs for sports, and they'll change stations so you can catch what game you want.

New thing they do is close for private parties with no notice.”

“ordered breakfast a few weeks ago on a Sunday after church. DO NOT eat breakfast there on a Sunday, ever!! They are very under-staffed !!!! Food FINALLY came after over an hour wait, but was cold, bacon under-cooked, toast cold and hard, items missing. No mgmt apologies!! > we should have walked out after the hour instead of putting up with rude mgmt/wait staff! > I asked Mgr to check and he said "it'll probably be 'another hour' . 😢 someone should buy manager a new Vikings' jersey - he's still wearing a #19 Adam Thoele jersey, who's now with Carolina ! LOL Manager was too busy smoozing with patrons instead of helping understaffed waitress! 😢”

“I absolutely love this Subway, whether I go in or order off of the app the people are friendly and make you feel welcome. The manager is a sweetheart and does a great job at running this place. Always a clean place, I've seen others where there are garbages overflowing or sticky tables and such, but from the parking lot to the counter it's always clean.”

They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that our food was hot and delicious! While I will never order from Door Dash again, I will definitely order directly from the New Prague Chicken Shack in Hy-vee again! Thank you for changing a disaster into a really pleasant experience!”

“We were at McDonalds in New Prague on 9/18 around 5:45 dining in and I would like to thank the whole crew and I have to do a shout out to an employee there named Landon who went out of his way by being extra polite and had great manners. This is the first time I ever received such politeness and nice people skills at this location. He should be recognized for this.”
