Typically their customer service in the end game is some of the BEST in town, if not best in class. Madelia area, in general, is not - I repeat, NOT - the best for customer service however this pizza shop location seems to consistently set themselves apart! even during & after transition of new ownership. Best news is it's the only place in town that delivers. They're a great group of people, still. None are my friends or family so this review is not biased that way.
