Food amounts getting less and less. There’s no even enough soup in my ramen. $15 for this spicy miso ramen is too much. Other places in got a better ramen but only sell for $12. Left $12 right one is 507 $15 not coming here againReply to the owner you know the bowl size are different. But still the other restaurant is $3 cheaper with more food and soup

My teenage children came in today and the employee was extremely rude to my daughter. The employee didn’t listen to what my daughter tried to order and mistakenly made 3 bowls. My daughter tried to correct her and the employee snipped at her and almost made her cry. You definitely lost a customer today.And they respond as if I am lying ?

Had a wonderful experience here with my family.The food was good and the service was top-notch especially the girl with glasses. My wife and kids really loved the place and we will definitely visit regularly.

I go there every sunday and I love it. All of the serves are very nice and friendly. Never waited more than 15 minutes for my order. It’s a little nice restaurant and they have high quality products!
Wonderful place, quick service with great people! We had the pork buns, brown sugar Boba tea, chicken katsu bowl and a build your own. We will be back!

My wife loves their ramen so I called in and ordered her a bowl and a side of white rice. I was told 5-10 minutes arrived 5 minutes after ordering and paid.I was told a few more minutes while they finished.. 35 minutes later server comes and asked if she could help me. I responded that I was waiting on my call in order (looking surprised) she asked for my name on the order. I gave it and then 3 people from the back come out. Ok just a few more minutes and we will get it to you I was told. 10 more minutes go by and my bag is brought out, no explanation of why it was so late and no apologies. I’m thinking they gave my order to someone else. Again food is good according to my wife but service tonight was as bad as it gets! Simple apologies and explanations go a long way! At least I got 45 Minutes of straw sward-fighting play in with my daughter.
