Got Dickey’s in the recent past before the ownership change and had actually got my order refunded because of poor quality but went in today and was SUPER impressed with the huge change. Everyone was very polite and welcomed me right as I walked in. Food tasted amazing and super fresh. Not to mention the brisket was cooked just right. Definitely will be coming back again. New owner and employees did an awesome job thank you for the good food!
Under new ownership. Superb customer service and real people who take the time to answer your questions. New owner actually sat and chatted with us awhile and felt like an old friend. 10/10 recommend and will be back over and over again.
