We had such a great experience at A&W! From the moment we walked in, the service was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The restaurant was very clean and well kept, which always makes dining out more enjoyable. We ordered burgers and root beer floats, and everything was absolutely delicious. The burgers were fresh, hot, and full of flavor, and the root beer floats were perfectly made and so refreshing. You can really tell they take pride in both their food and their customer service. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be coming back again for more yummy food. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving a great burger and classic root beer float! 🍔🥤

My daughter asked if she should pick up burgers at A&W after her shift at a clothing store in the mall. I said sure. I got the double burger and fries. They were really good! We haven't eaten there forever but we will more now! Fries were almost as good as McDs and the Burger rivals Culvers.. maybe even a little better!

Food was absolute garbage. Staff was spraying chemical Really close while wiping down tables while we were eating. It was not busy while this person was doing this In fact, I would conclude that the food was under gun and a health risk! I would not go ever again. A&W restaurant Mankato River Hills Mall.

Went to order 2 burgers today, asked for extra onions, got a tiny onion on each burger , mind you that I paid extra for. I Asked the kid at the counter for a few more onions since I paid for them, he walked away and never received the extra onions I paid for . Seriously!?! Then I get out to the car and my burgers were ice cold. Ill never give my service here again . 0 stars dont recommend.

Nothing more friendly welcoming then putting all the chairs on empty tables 30 minutes before close with 15 guest eating their dinner.

The lady up front with glasses and a nose piercing with very short hair cannot maintain a proper sentence and talks like she is under the influence.
The entire time she had to scream back to her manager to come help her figure out the easiest order. Had to void the order twice and also after that still couldn’t hold a proper conversation. I’ve worked up front at multiple retail jobs and know from experience how easy it is, please do not have these people upfront.
We just told her we will order it online from our phones since she couldn’t process anything that was being said to her
( she’s also having problems with every customer after us having to keep calling up the manager.
