Great food love it so much!! Recommend for sure when going to the mall!
Inside the Mankato mall wow very good food one man show fast and yummy. I’m picky with my food
I’m not picky as I am hungry. This place does well serving a goods despite being a vendor. The build your own taco is definitely a hit and the Horchata & agua frescas option is a good one to take note. Muy Delicioso y fantastico

Enchiladas El Gordo Corp offers authentic Hispanic food with perfectly seasoned flavors. The restaurant, located in a mall food court, is wheelchair accessible and great for kids. They have a variety of options including vegetarian dishes and are accommodating to dietary restrictions. The portions are good and reasonably priced, with the highlight being the delicious juice options. The staff is friendly and the watermelon juice is particularly refreshing. The tacos de birria and enchiladas rojas are amazing, with fresh, super good food. The lady behind the counter is nice, and the owner shows exceptional hospitality. Don’t pass this place up—it beats the busy Mexican place next to it. The hot birria sauce is so good, and every dish is crafted with great care.
