“Came here with the wife and toddler last Sunday for lunch. I got tacos al carbon, wife got a birria quesadilla and my almost 17-month old got chicken nuggets.We also got tableside guac, chips, and salsa.Guac was very good - very chunky. I prefer it slightly creamier but that's a personal preference. The flavor was absolutely there. They also didn't skimp on the chips and salsa (they even gave us personal salsa bowls which is good news for the wife!)My tacos al carbon were very good. My wife's birria quesadilla was out of this world - I should've gotten that. And the kid's nuggets were good as well (surprisingly good fries too!)Reasonably priced, friendly staff. Ultimately a solid replacement for La Terraza. I will be back!“
“My brother, sister in law and I went here last night for supper. Each of us ordered something different and all of it was exceptionally good. The food was hot and made to order. One of the best Mexican meals I've ever eaten. A must try !!! I will be returning. ???“
“My fiance is Puerto Rican so I've eaten a lot of Hispanic food over the last few years. El Gordo was some of the best that I've had ever. My fiance was equally impressed. The food is needless to say, so worth it. It's reasonably priced and good portions as well. The juice however, is the best part of the meal. The pineapple could be sweeter according to my fiance - but the watermelon tastes like pure watermelon and is mouth watering. The staff working were friendly and kind. We will be back!“

“Food is always very good and fresh here. However, there is usually a long wait even with many people working. It is worth the wait though! Many different affordable options to choose from whether you want something small (taco, tamale) or a bigger plate.“
“Fast Mexican-style food. Got our special order right for the vegetarian in the family. Great potato oles.Vegetarian options: You can substitute black beans for the ground beef in the menu items that normally have ground beef, if you ask them to do that.“
“I have been in Florida for tur last 7 years and I have been craving Taco John's since I left.I was happy to finally cure that craving.Location was fairly clean, and The girl who helped me was nice. “Zanz Mexican Restaurant is the best fast food Mexican Restaurant in Mankato. Whether you get the famous Chilitos, or hard shell tacos and tots (my favorite), you won't be disappointed! The new soft shell tacos are super good! If you haven't tried them, get into Zanz and check them out. Definitely a 5+++ rating!“
“The food was absolutely delicious! We Oder the dish called Alambre with Horchata to drink and to finalize with a Tres Leches. My wife and I are already planning to return for dinner and try the dish called Machete. We also had the opportunity to chat with the gentleman who prepared our meal, and he was truly awesome.“
“I've been going to Mazatlan since I was a boy and it's always been exceptional. The service is great, the atmosphere is inviting and they've recently done some interior renovations that make the place more updated and inviting. The food is fantastic whether you are just stoppjng by for tacoa during lunch or if you want enchiladas for dinner. Mazatlan will always be my go to when I am in mankato!“
