The first time we went, ambiance and food was great. Server needed to loosen up and smile and pretend she loved her job. She finally did toward the end of the meal.
The second time we went, we had a very nice male server, but then my lasagna had a hair in it. They took it back and some other employee brought me another one. No apology from management. The Olive Garden Italian Restaurant in Mankato, MN., is freshly remodeled and looks amazing. The food and service were as amazing as the facility. Our grandkids commented on how pretty it was in this Olive Garden. We would highly recommend this location.
Best dining experience of my life! From the moment we walked into Olive Garden, everything was outstanding. Our waiter, Charles, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout the entire meal.
The next time I go to Olive Garden and they ask whether I would like a booth or a table, I’m going to tell them I want Charles.
