I come here often enough to have witnessed a decline in all aspects. The food is mediocre. The service is alright. It’s not really clean and somehow a long line at the register.
I like the food here, but the food always takes a long time, and our order was the only one on the board. If you're in a hurry, this isn't the place. If you have time, the food is worth it.
