Eat here quite often. Great place. However, they have been running out of product before they close. Lately they have been out of cheese, guacamole, lettuce.
Mankato Chipotle is always busy with guests. The food is always good. But today there were several dirty tables inside the restaurant. No one was in line when we entered at 115pm, but I noticed the guacamole was partially brown on the top, which wasn't appealing. Ordering was smooth and easy. The women's restroom was neat and tidy with plenty of supplies. Most times I've visited this location there have been dirty tables. Otherwise, everything else was fine.
Love Chipotle, but what's a girl gotta do to get the vinaigrette with her salad when the husband picks up the order on his way home from work!? I've been burned twice now and it's enough to make me think twice about returning again. When we spend $50 for dinner, I expect to get vinaigrette with my salad. 😭

Though the soft drink machine can sometimes be out of a drink, overall, the food, including favorites like the Chicken Burrito Bowl, is enjoyed by many. The atmosphere can be lively with louder music, but the cleanliness, quick service, and good flavors keep customers coming back.
