We threw away the 2 of our burritos that had brown rice because the rice was so hard and crunchy, I chipped my tooth biting into it. The chips also got tossed because they were stale. The number listed is disconnected. Staff was friendly but the place definitely needs a good cleaning. So it was hard to determine the right rating.
Genuinely I hope this reaches the manager. Today I went into this chipotle and my gosh walking inside floor was so sticky my shoes stuck to the floor so bad the entry way smelt like it had sewer water. Going up to the counter to order my food everything was dirty. The metal pans they keep the food in where all nasty and empty mind you it was 1:40 in the afternoon. This chipotle used to be good back in the day, now new workers arrived- hard rice(undercooked) random different meat pieces, hardly any ingredients in the bowl. It used to be so full! Ya'll can do better, I've seen it before! Leave the rice in longer to cook.
