We had a large group and Sydney did great keeping our drinks replenished and making sure we were happy. When our food orders didn’t all come out together, she took responsibility and manager Todd apologized and took a percentage off our bill. It did not negatively affect our experience, our time at the restaurant was great! Very impressive that they did their best to make it right.
The service team was overwhelmed, which impacted our dining experience. Silverware and napkins were forgotten and refills of beverages were not timely. The full order was also not received. While I enjoyed my overall experience, details matter....especially when celebrating the evening with friends for a birthday.
One of the female workers was smoking weed behind the restaurant last night as I left. The food is overpriced and the quality keeps going down. If I wanted to eat a piece of fried bread with a piece sized amount of chicken in it... Why would I pay $16 for that?
