we had the worst service tonight at Boulder in St. Cloud. we went in at 6 pm and ordered cheese curds, pop, burger and boneless wings. it took almost 45 minutes to get our cheese curds at 7:15 we questioned where our food was as the people behind us and a large table next to us all came in after us and they have all gotten their food. we asked for our bill and the manager came over to tell us our food went to the wrong table as our waitress told us the order was missing placed....read full review
Terrible service small portions burgers were over done toppings are old and wet way to overpriced for value
I’ve been here for over 2 hours and we still have not been served. 5 people ordered 2 burgers and a kids chicken tenders. We waited for 45 minutes to even get a seat despite 7+ tables open at all times. Terrible service from the kitchen and management must not be existent. I do not fault their servers as they seem to be the only ones working in the building.
