Absolutely amazing service and products. Was here on the 9th and they were super busy, but kept a bright smile, politeness, and efficiency. Always a 10/10 crew and I am never disappointed. These people actually exceed my expectations.
I’ve been here many times now, always get quality drinks and friendly service. However the last 4 times stopping at the drive thru I have not been given the option to leave a tip. Which is standard practice at Caribou. I am under the assumption the staff is tipping themselves on my behalf. I feel that is inappropriate and unprofessional I tip well and every time regardless of the quality of service I receive.
