They straight up, just need to make better recipes. Somewhere, even like Domino's has better pasta.
I have gotten food from here on multiple occasions. More than once my meal preferences were disregarded (no-adds and such). This time was sort of the cherry on top for me, I went in and 3 employees looked at me and did not walk up to see what I needed. I had a pick up order and stood in line for over 5 minutes of my lunch break waiting to receive my pick up. They did get my preferences right, however I recieved steak on my pulled pork Mac n Cheese for some reason, it was not busy...read full review
The store on Warren and Stadium road in Mankato Mn. Ordered on line on 6/7/26 went to pick up they were out of meatballs and cheese bread. They said I should get a refund in a couple of days. Here it is 6/21 no refund.... Disappointed because I really like their food.

Noodles and Company offers delicious food. Some dishes like Korean Meatballs can be overseasoned and cold, but others like Alfredo are tasty and well-prepared, with accurate customizations. This location is by far the best, always clean or someone is at least working on cleaning it. The food is always hot. The staff is very friendly and nice and everyone is trying hard to make the dining experience great. Vegetarian options are available, and everything starts as vegetarian. Gluten free pasta and customizable dishes are offered. There are also kids meal options.
