Customer service was trash. The food was dumpster juice. Panda Express is gourmet Asian food compared to this stuff.

The food IS delicious, but I give it one star because even though the MALL eating places are to open at 11:00 AM, China Max is the ONLY one that is consistently LATE LATE getting their food out (never before 11:30). We have walked away too many times to count because we get tired of waiting (especially for the Noodles and the Shrimp. SAD that they have such lousy help!!!!!!!

I eat here 2-4 times a week on my lunch break. The service has always been good and the food has always been warm. I've never encountered any of the issues that other reviewers seem to have. As for the food, it's pretty good as far as mall Chinese places go. I especially like the orange chicken, it has great flavor and pairs well with the friend rice.

Good food, terrible service. The guy working asked me to wait for vegetables and after I waited for 5-10 minutes I asked for the spring roll included in my meal and he just laughed and asked me to wait another 5 minutes. Such bad service.

They make up prices on the spot, and have poor customer service. Food usually is not fresh, if you want it fresh you need to request it.

The chicken had an extremely funny taste, egg roll was cold. Took 2 bites of chicken and one bite of egg roll Ask nicely to return and they said we dont do refunds. IF they would of showed some customer service I would not be writing this. Would not recommend i usually only do reviews on excellent experiences.

I was paying for my meal when my daughter, who was reaching for the fortune cookies (because they didn't bother to give them), accidentally spilled her tray. She lost everything but her rice and 2 pieces of her chicken entree. Acccidents happen, and the gracious and service oriented thing for him to do would have been to offer a new entree. Instead, the young man serving us took the tray to throw it out. $10 for rice and a drink... I will no longer give this establishment my business!!

I had gotten Chow Mein noodles and overall they taste pretty good but they are just spaghetti noodles. The orange chicken is a little strong in flavor but i still like it. Id give this resteraunt 2nd best in town.

When I'm in Mankato, i always make sure to stop here to eat. The food is portioned just right and they always give me a lot of rice and don't charge extra. Its not overly salty like most American-chinese restaurants and if they do use MSG it's such a small amount that i don't even notice it. Theyre always friendly and service is fast.
last two times food is literally cold. Not even close to warm. Today it was inedible.

Just awful, I had several hairs in my food and when I brought it to there attention not even asking for a refund they started arguing with me telling me it wasn't from them.... Like who would it be from then. Ick!
