The last two times I have ordered the food has been low quality. Today’s order was very bad. I reached out to customer service it just giving me a computer loop with no help.
Was looking forward to having chipotle tonight all day. We drove 45 minutes round trip just for it! Got back home only to discover we were given the wrong order. Called the store and they said all they can do is issue a refund, nothing for our trouble. Extremely disappointed. The employee acted like this was a common occurrence and didn’t seem to care about my troubles. That’s the last time I’ll use the chipotle on campus!
