I want to order ahead on the app and then bring in my reusable cup to have my order filled but I don’t see that as an option. If I don’t use the app and just order at the counter with my reusable cup, do I earn fewer points?
My mother and I had an interesting experience at Caribou on Madison this past summer. We stopped by for coffee after my mom's clinic visit, she was a bit dizzy and wanted something refreshing. There were two customers sitting with laptops beside us and it was not a busy time of the day.
