Your food quality has taken a HUGE step in the WRONG direction I used to love your food the last 3 times I get a burger that is basically put together with old lettuce onions and the rest is not even close to what quality u used to have
My husband and I stopped in Thursday at 2:15 for lunch. Not very many customers inside the building. The drive up had quite a few during out visit. We ordered a shrimp meal and a burger value basket. It had been about 20 minutes and still no food. I stopped back and asked if there was a problem. Yes, they had made a mistake and they were just starting our order. I went back after 10 mins as we still did not have our food. My husband and I watched as the drive thru food...read full review
