I have celiacs (gluten allergy), and I dread going out to eat because I hate to be that person that needs special procedure for food to be safe for me. Went through the drive through, letting them know of the allergy and when we got our food, it was in the same bag as the other items which contained gluten and reading the receipt I realized the allergy warning was forgotten. Out of all the Culver's I have dined at, the Austin location is the best. Friendly. Clean and the atmosphere is cheerful. The employees are outstanding. Best of all the food is always fresh.

No matter how busy this location gets, they ALWAYS give 110% to their customers. We went at peak time during lunch, we got our food less then 4 minutes!! The staff also makes sure their facility is clean during peak time, I saw two workers wiping down the tables between people and asking people if they are good. Way to go!!
