“Makayla normally takes and fills my order. Her customer service skills are nothing less than 5 stars. Makayla mixes my refresher nothing less than perfect and always delivers it with a great big smile. Any time others have taken care of my order they do pretty close to Makayla standards. I think Madison Avenue Dunkin is a perfect go to spot for anyone. If you are looking for atmosphere, flavor and value, this is it.“

“The downtown Dunkin' Donuts is stacked full of very cheerful employees. This team carries out orders with maximum efficiency and accuracy. I woke up this morning and went to Dunkin' excepting to grab some iced coffee. I ended up receiving excellent customer service plus a well made iced coffee to help me wake up!
10/10 would recommend!“

“Preordered online, and went in for pick up. Didn’t realize until then that they ran out of a lot of fruit teas and fruit drinks so we could only get strawberry fruit drinks. Beautiful indoor backdrop for pictures! Staff was knowledgeable and kind. If you want to order, only option is a kiosk but doesn’t seem like they can program when they are out of certain things.
Parking: Sitting across campus and other restaurants/eateries (Chipotle, Asian Wok, crumbl cookies), bank, and a liquor store, so it can grt busy!“
