Last weekend I was having a bad week and this girl named ava with brown hair and pretty eyes asked if i was ok and made my day so much better thank you my angel, the drinks were fire as well.
Definitely a hit or miss. I love Dunkin products, but the customer service could use some help. There is a small handful of employees that are very kind and helpful! However, I tend to have a lot of issues getting my order when those 2 people aren’t there. I’m epileptic and I walk to the store on a regular basis. I am also a boosted rewards member, but based on how they treat me it doesn’t show! I have been told very rudely by their staff to call them to pickup at the side...read full review
