When I asked “Is it possible to get less ice in my drink?” the worker said “No…” before clarifying that she was joking. It was funny as all hell. Normalize workers being human rather than being pressured into being corporate entities my their superiors. Also, the coffee was amazing
Employees are always friendly. Order is correct, most of the time, as expected with quick serve. Drive through can back up in the morning but goes quickly.
