The sweet girls inside the dunkin heard me talking about how much i love game of thrones!!!! And drew this on my cup for me♥️ This dunkin is the best!! The food is always good and the drinks are always made fast and taste amazing thank you so much girls you made my day!!!!

Today would have been my first time eating at this site but that didn’t happen. They were incredibly rude!!! I CLEARLY had interrupted her phone time at work! She literally refused to clarify a polite menu question that I posed; she stated several times that it was right in front of my face and I could just read it. When I called her out on her rudeness and told her I would just leave she said, “Ok. Have a great day,” in an extremely condescending tone. She didn’t offer an apology or anything. For the owner - I didn’t catch her name but it was about 4:30 on 1/2/24 - you may need to do some retraining!! I know people are short staffed, but this is crazy.

I love dunkin but I will routinely drive across town to the one on Madison Ave because I get so much attitude from some of the girls who work at the riverfront location. Its really not hard to be kind. I work in customer service so I am not one to complain because I know how hard it can be, but when someone comes through and is absolutely kind and respectful and you give them attitude...very disappointing. Definitely sets my day off on the wrong foot. Please do better.

Definitely a hit or miss. I love Dunkin products, but the customer service could use some help. There is a small handful of employees that are very kind and helpful! However, I tend to have a lot of issues getting my order when those 2 people aren’t there. I’m epileptic and I walk to the store on a regular basis. I am also a boosted rewards member, but based on how they treat me it doesn’t show! I have been told very rudely by their staff to call them to pickup at the side door. Today, I called them 5 times and was sent to the automated “this number has not set up a voicemail box” immediately. This was over the span of 30 minutes, so I doubt there wasn’t a second to answer. The manager has also told me I can just knock on the side door and they will bring it out considering most people there recognize me or know me by name. I knocked multiple times, no answer. I could see people through the window that were standing by that door and could have easily assisted me. Usually on days where I get my order THIS delayed, I can see my order sitting in the window melting because I always order ahead for THEIR convenience. The employees will stare at me standing there while letting up to 10 cars pass, and then get mad at me for inconveniencing them cause I didn’t notify them when I definitely did. I’m sorry my disability is an inconvenience to you for 5 seconds, try a lifetime. You are within 5 blocks of a large disability living facility and multiple human services buildings, and this is how you are prepared to treat them? Lastly, I have seen the manager trash her employees TO HER CUSTOMERS!!! That is very unprofessional. Shoutout to Lina though! What a sweetheart!

Isabel did amazing this morning despite their store being understaffed. She qas very kind and courteous. I hope people are understanding today for the wait times. She was doing phenomenal!

The donuts were fresh and delicious. The drive up service was friendly and kept the line moving. However, I ordered and paid for 13 assorted donuts but only got 12. I don't like the fact I paid for an additional donut and never got it.
