I was in town for a softball game, stopped by Insomnia but didn't realize they weren't open yet. Am employees opened the door and let me know I can order online for a delivery that afternoon. Very helpful! I placed my order online for a 430 delivery at the MSU softball field on Ellis. The cookies arrived exactly at 430 with great communication about the arrival time and from the delivery driver. I was able to get the team the cookies just as their bus was leaving for...

We love this location. My husband and I are broke and we have a date jar, which we generally fill with spare change. The bigger bucks go toward dinners, and the change goes toward smaller dates. Anyway, we came in recently with $13.17 in coins of all kinds—and Ethan counted it all out for us. “Bro had impeccable patience and friendly service” my husband said when we got back in the car. Thank you Ethan for letting us enjoy date night. We think he deserves a raise.

I went in two days ago late at night and the man serving us was an idol of explementary service. They were very personable, and it was clear that they derived joy from the happiness of the guests. They gave service from the heart, and they deserve recognition for the life they bring to the establishment. Thank you so much for your service, I look forward to coming back soon =]
