I used to loved jersey Jersey mikes!!! They were always so attentive and cared about the customer. Fast forward to 2024/2025 at the Adams street location and it just seems like the subs aren’t made with the love they used to be. At the price point asked by Jersey mikes one should expect top quality service and a top quality atmosphere. Sometimes with tenured employees it seems like they are willing to skimp on your sandwich when it comes to meat, leave you with a sandwich that isn’t edible without a fork, and the worst of all is some of the tenured male employees try to hit on men’s wives while serving them. I can attest that the quality of food is far more superb when my wife goes into the shop and orders as opposed to when I do and my wife has come home after ordering sandwiches saying she felt uncomfortable after leaving the Adam’s street location in Mankato. For the price point Jersey mikes should offer the best subs in town with every ingredient available to add to your sub but they don’t even offer black olives. If I’m spending 15 dollars on a half of a full sub I expect that every vegetable could want would be on the menu. The quality of meat, bread, and veggies is really good at the store but in Mankato there are better options for the price point.

Love their subs. They are always fresh and the employees are fast making the subs. I usually order to go and they always have my sub ready when I pick it up. I recommend the turkey provolone to everyone. The only small complaint is the location and the parking but its not a deal breaker for me.

Food is normally great. But when you are open till 9p.m. you should have enough bread made for the day. This is the 3rd time I have come here and they have no bread!! What a joke!!

Ordered to go. Gluten free option was nice but cost me more for the sub and they did not offer a gluten free cookie with my child's meal deal. They gave me the option to spend even more (on top of the gluten free up charge for the deal) to get their gluten free cookie. I think the gluten free option should come with everything gluten free.

The employees were very nice and professional, the food was amazing and made perfect. however, whoever is the owner of this building needs to do something about the heat. Every employee was sweating and honestly felt very bad. The owner needs to take better care of his/her employees!! Sweatshop atmosphere. Also heard multiple customers complain about the same issue.
Jersey Mike's is amazing all the way around I cannot say that there is one bad thing on the menu.

Jersey Mike's is a awesome place to eat. The Italian is my go to sandwich. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and makes me feel very comfortable with any questions I have. Daniel is doing a tremendous job. I always have a very pleasant experience when I go there. Should have posted this much earlier. Keep up the good
