Usually pretty great but today we’ve been trying to call up there for 45 minutes and to order and no answer don’t know if the phones not working on their end. It rings some then hangs up. I get it’s a busy time of day but after 45 minutes, I’d think someone would be able to answer the phone. If it’s working on there end.

Waited 10 minutes for anyone to say something at the drive thru. Two cars ahead a of me. not busy at all. took 30 minutes to get a simple sandwich. if you have time go to the other one. terrible service

Very bad! Never going here again. I was sitting at the window for 20 minutes waiting for my food… cars behind me started leaving and the for apologizing they gave a bag of chips.

ordered delivery, had to wait an hour even though I ordered before 11am. Bacon was missing on my #16, they offered to credit me for the bacon or remake and redeliver. I chose the redeliver option. Then a few minutes later I get a call saying the driver went home sick and then they offered to refund my order. They said they voided the transaction but the charge still went through on my card, it is no longer "pending". I should have been offered a full refund right away.

Honestly the worst jimmy johns I’ve ever been too. Truly they have messed up my order 4 times. I don’t usually say anything but this store is so trashy. The people just don’t actively care. To top it off I ordered delivery, they called me saying they didn’t have a driver I said I would pick it up. Then asked if the delivery fee would be refunded they said yes. Went to the window drive thru asked the staff member for my refund. They said they debited it back to my card, the dude was so high he could barely understand what I was asking, and they Never did. I sent word to them and they never responded. Messed up place.

It's closed, except for the very slow drive through. And we need a bathroom! At least the employee is nice. He might be by himself.

Went to the Holly Lane location on 9/1/2023 at 8:30PM sat and waited in the drive thru…..CRICKETS!!!! No response or anything. This location is supposed to be open until 9PM SO we called and they answered and said yes we’re open til 9PM how long did you wait outside??? and had no response as to why they didn’t answer us in the drive through. This is the 3rd time this location ignored us and pretended to be closed when they should be open during business hours. Seems like some people want that money but not work for it.

Terrible terrible service. Ordered on the app and finally called 40 minutes later. When they picked up, it sounded like a bunch of kids goofing around. The guy says, "Oh, I voided your order cause I don't have a driver." That's it, nothing more... if I didn't call, who knows how long we would be waiting....

We ordered delivery, waited an hour only to call to see where our order was. The guy on the phone stated they had not delivery drivers and that they could void our transaction or we could come pick it up. We said we’d come pick it up and my husband drove to pick up our food and the guy voided out transaction! Not only have we waited for the food we now have to figure out something else to eat. Why be open for delivery if you don’t have a driver?!

I am sure it is mostly related to lack of staffing, but I will no longer even attempt to visit Jimmy John's in Mankato. I will also no longer attempt to contact the owner & complain, or receive compensation. The pandemic has not been good for many businesses, & it struck THE best sandwich shop. Lights are always dark, even if they do have staff. Online orders are not full filled even if the online ordering is turned on. People will be in the restaurant & not answer the drive thru because they are overwhelmed. I feel for the staff, but the management is atrocious. And, the owner doesn't appear to care, so I won't be filling out a complaint again, either. It's just sad.
