I love chicken. This places hates chicken. They simply don’t appreciate their work and their values. I will probably be back in the future, however I hope to see some changes with staff and service.

Went to pick up lunch with a coupon. The employees were all friendly and courteous. The coupon wasn't programmed in the register-- the employees worked together to help each other figure it out. Such a nice experience!

We usually come through town on a week night and need a fast meal. I have waited 20 minutes to be served a pot pie that was already cooked and a chicken bowl. They are always busy in the drive thru and with door dash and seem to fill those orders before fill the orders placed at the counter.
