I went to Krusty's Donut Shop and the customer service was amazing! They treated me with high energy, respect, and recommended me some really good donuts!! They kinda told me about them, how good their donuts are, what's new, and what she liked! I loved the donuts—they were soft and soooo good! They have visually appealing donuts and great presentation. They look delicious and smell great. They photograph well. But I wouldn't buy them for taste. They were dry, but the cereal on a few was slightly soggy. It was not a positive texture. The employee was very sweet, patient, and willing to help. The donuts seem high priced, but I think they are pretty comparable to other shops.

But I'm not sure why every time I've gone on a Sunday morning there is only one employee working. It's strange and makes a line always form. And the lobby only has a few working lights which make it feel dark and dingy.
