I went to Krusty's Donut Shop and the customer service was amazing! They treated me with high energy, respect, and recommended me some really good donuts!! They kinda told me about them, how good their donuts are, what's new, and what she liked! I loved the donuts—they were soft and soooo good! They have visually appealing donuts and great presentation. They look delicious and smell great. They photograph well. But I wouldn't buy them for taste. They were dry, but the cereal on a few was slightly soggy. It was not a positive texture. The employee was very sweet, patient, and willing to help. The donuts seem high priced, but I think they are pretty comparable to other shops.
The apple fritter is wonderful, but their Bavarian cream donuts are very sparsely filled. The four I’ve had in the past couple weeks barely had any cream in them, and a couple not even a half a golf ball size amount.The service is friendly and fast. The atmosphere score they can’t help since they moved in with Berry blends so I’m not rating that.I do enjoy that they have happy hour with very cheap donuts in the evening, which is a great way to reduce waste and make donuts...
