“I had a rough day, so my husband and I stopped by McDonald’s for a Happy Meal. We were given ranch instead of the sweet and sour sauce we ordered. When I asked for an exchange, Ryan helped us right away and apologized for the mistake. He was very friendly, and after I sat back down, he surprised us with an extra Shamrock Frappé, smiling as he asked, “Do you like mints?” It was a small gesture, but at the end of a long day, we truly appreciated his kindness.“
“What more can be said about McDonald's, if you like the food at one you will probley like the food at all of them. Consistency is the key and when it comes to a exceptional fast food experience I feel this restauant is worthy of a mention“
