We had a great mix up on our meal today in that it was a double meal of a Fish sandwich meal and only one of us ordered one of that but they let us keep the double meal which was cool so I had more fries ? and a free Fish Sandwich (along with my Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal) for lunch today ?

Messed up order did not get everything and had to wait they took my money with no mistakes or even have to wait and in four year got worse hair in my fish sandwich call to let them know they do not take food safety seriously they just slap sandwiches together with hair and even make you wait I am not sure what else they put in your order they never asked me if I wanted hair on my fish and have tater sauce on the fish not the container why would I like hair in my food just go to Hardee's in mankato never had a problem thereKid-friendliness: they take your money but not worried about your order

Gave us one ranch. No cheese on our CHEESEburgers. And no napkins.
Don’t get how every time it’s an issue. Just sat at the ordering menu for 9 minutes was told to hold on. Fine whatever. But why did 2 separate cars pull up minutes after and get to order way ahead. Mind you I had a mobile order. Than shocking had to be pulled over to wait even longer for food that should have been made.

Placed a online order and went to pick it up, when we picked up the food the fries spilled all over the bag as the container for the fries was placed on top for some reason, when I saw they had spilled I tried getting an employee’s attention, I had one employee look at me and then proceed to ignore me, I’m sorry but this is unacceptable, not only messing up but then ignoring someone when they try to let you know about it, save your time and money and don’t go here
