“I was given 2 vouchers for £1 off and got ripped off as the prices say it's £3.30 for a flat white coffee And £3.30 for a cuppachino but I got charged £5.60 when it should have been £4.60 for both with the prices displayed digitally in the restaurant which is against the trade description act as it states. If the price is advertised as what is charged different they have to charge you the lower price that's advertised not the price they say even if it's charged prices since this happened in the County mall Crawley restaurant“

“I've been eating at this place for decades, and simply put, nobody makes better pretzels. Gooey, perfectly salted, amazing cheese sides. I recommend getting Wetzel Bitz instead of full pretzels because it's more bang for your buck. I love all the limited time items offered over the years, my absolute favorite was probably the frozen horchata, but the current nutella bitz dessert is pretty tasty as well.

I feel like the only reason the Auntie Anne's by MSU is in business is because people don't want to make a trek to the mall just for pretzels, but it is genuinely worth it in my opinion. If you're at the mall, it's crucial that you make a quick stop at Wetzel's. It will make any day much better“
