It was 7:30. Everyone was in a rush behind the counter. We walked in and it was dead on our side of the counter.

The gal asked me to repeat myself multiple times-distracted by the conversation going on behind her.
She informed me that they’re no longer serving blended drinks or anything with cold foam because the blenders were already broken down for the night.

From a customer stand point: you’re open and serving Starbucks drinks till 8, not 7:30. It is expected that when someone steps up to the counter they’re looking forward to buying the product. And sometimes it’s out of stock-it happens. But I can’t say I’ve ever experienced a Starbucks location shutting down half their menu because they broke it down prematurely before close-because that’s why you’re open till 8. To serve customers with a great product.

From a business stand point of a big name like Starbucks, I honestly question if Starbucks would be in support of their franchises if they knew they were closing down half their menu early, based on convenience of workers being able to get out faster. That’s not how Starbucks does anything.

If I owned this location, I’d be a bit torqued that a few part timers opted to shut down half the menu so they could get out “on time” rather than do the job in which they were hired to do.

Made great recommendations and were attentive to my dietary restrictions. They seem very genuine and personable. And seem like they genuinely enjoy their jobs! So refreshing! (Pun intended)

I was having a terrible morning. I walked up to the order counter and one of the girls said she loved my messy hair and that I looked very pretty today. I was surprised by the compliment and thanked her. I began to order my drink and the other girl was so sweet! I asked for no berries, and she said "that's the best way to order it!" I asked a question and she quickly and diligently found the answer. I walked away completely forgetting about the bad parts of my day, just refreshed by the wonderful staff and how well I was treated. Probably the best Starbucks experience I have had yet!!
