The staff is amazing
As a student, this is the only place I go to get coffee. The employees are really friendly for the most part and I enjoy coming here, I just never get the right drink. I almost always order the same thing: A grande mocha frappuccino. However, the baristas do not know the difference between a regular mocha frappe and a mocha cookie crumble. The staff are really nice and friendly! The only thing is you rarely get what you order. Just know you will probably get a drink made wrong, and if you are a stressed out sleep deprived college student the wrong drink will make you question life and if you’re in the right or the wrong. One time I got a completely different drink than what I orders (ordered a caramel brûlée latte, received a chestnut praline). Typically tho, it’s just something wrong with a drink.
