The Hub Food Park is a clean and inviting place to enjoy a variety of food trucks. The Swedes food truck had a friendly staff member serving customers. Despite a disappointing experience with dry pulled pork, the sauces added some flavor. On a positive note, the Caribbean Kitchen food truck served outstanding jerk chicken with flavorful sides. Visitors are advised to be patient as the food is freshly made, resulting in delicious meals worth the wait.
