The negative comments on the Dining Center are pretty old. They have really improved their food! There is a fresh salad bar, made to order sandwich bar, pasta bar, fresh pizza daily, and soft serve ice cream, as well as vegetarian/vegan options, a dessert bar, and several choices of balanced, healthy meals daily.

2pm-4pm is pretty much being served leftovers from grill or pasta, or sandwiches (the meat is questionable)
I’ve gone here right at 1:55 a couple times this year and past years, and watched the workers stare at me and throw away food (this is mainly the creations) just to not have to serve me...
