“Stopped in on a Sunday just before closing.
The sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagle was bland.
The others in our party had different sandwiches and found them tasty.
On our way out, the staff offered us a dozen bagles for free as they were just going to throw them away (company policy). Panera gives these daily leftovers to churches and other groups to pass out and takes a business right off for taxes and goodwill.“

“The food was good but 2 of the 4 items we ordered were incorrect. There were onlyb2 employees working so the line was too long to wait a second time to have it corrected. I also really dislike the system of ordering at the register first as the place is set up to have orders taken at the bagel line as before.
Service was decent considering they weren't properly staffed and food tasted good even though a couple were made incorrectly“

“The staff is great, they keep the place clean, and the food and drinks are good.That being said, the owners need to invest in furniture repair. There is a much-loved seat and table arrangement being sometimes propped by folded napkins (a common food service quick-fix), but it is in such bad shape the table either needs new feet with adequate adjustment or a replacement. This shouldn't take staff or regulars to report.“

“Great service received today from a small team of two employees. Can was new and we were very patient as he navigated the register and preparing our order. He was very professional and courteous as well. His team mate Alex came over several times as we had two separate transactions, paying with a gift card and ordered bakery and drinks. He did an awesome job for a newbe! I also got to meet the manager on duty Dylan and I told him what great service we received. Our drinks and bakery items were perfect. Thanks again for an awesome experience!!!“
