It was super busy and only two ladies working. They were busting butt to service everyone quickly and even though they were slammed they both were very polite upbeat snd smiling.
So, if you use the Order Ahead on the mobile app and the location you are ordering from is out of your drink or can’t make your drink, the “policy” is to “try calling Corporate for a refund or see if another location will make you a free one”, but you won’t refund my money?🙄 And the Manager “can’t” issue a gift card in the amount of $5 to use at another location?
