Ordered after work for pickup, I knew I’d have to wait for a little bit as they were busy. When it was about time for my order to come out they came out and let me know they made a mistake on my pizza and they gave me a couple options to fix it. They fixed it and rushed the order for me plus gave me a brownie to make up for the mistake. They really care about making sure things come out right and making sure the customer is happy with their order.
Had my food sitting out while in back for over 5 minutes. Also nasty attitude/customer service. First time dealing with this from this location.
The Pan Deluxe is my fav--D-lish! Their friendly staff welcomes you as you walk in the door! Service time may vary, based on peak hours but the orders come correct by the hustling driver! Menu has a lot tasty offerings for their wide customer base! I order from this location at least once a month.
